The story of Deep Calm begins before the war ended. On August 8, 1945 — one day after the atomic bombing — our founding family's acupuncturist entered the devastated city to search for relatives and aid survivors with his healing skills. Exposed to radiation, he remained to care for those who had nothing. That act of courage and compassion became the foundation of everything we do today.Deep Calmの歴史は、終戦前に始まります。1945年8月8日——原爆投下の翌日——創業者の鍼灸師は、壊滅した広島市内へ肉親を探して入りました。被曝しながらも生存者の救護に当たり、その場に留まり続けた。その勇気と献身の精神が、今日の施術すべての礎となっています。
Decades later, that same dedication to healing brought Deep Calm to the riverside beside the Peace Memorial Park. From the treatment room, you look out across the water toward a skyline that rose again from silence.その数十年後、同じ献身の精神が、広島で最も深い意味を持つ場所——平和記念公園のほとりへとDeep Calmを導きました。施術室の窓からは、川面の向こうに、静寂から再び立ち上がった街の姿が広がります。

Japanese acupuncture uses extremely fine needles — far thinner than blood test needles. Most guests describe mild pressure or gentle warmth, and many fall asleep during treatment.日本の鍼は採血の針よりもはるかに細い鍼を使用します。ほとんどのお客様は「軽い圧迫感」や「温かさ」と表現され、施術中に眠ってしまう方も多くいらっしゃいます。
Absolutely. English-speaking staff are available for every session. We also use professional translation devices, so guests who speak other languages are warmly welcome too — communication is never a barrier at Deep Calm.はい。英語対応スタッフが常駐しています。また、翻訳機器を使用しているため、英語以外の言語をお話しのお客様にも安心してお越しいただけます。言葉の壁はDeep Calmでは問題になりません。

All needles are Japan-manufactured, sterile, and single-use disposable. Our practitioners hold national licenses and follow the strictest hygiene standards.すべての鍼は日本製・滅菌済みの使い捨てです。施術者は国家資格保持者であり、最高水準の衛生管理を徹底しています。
Most of our guests try acupuncture for the first time at Deep Calm. Every session begins with a thorough consultation before any treatment starts.Deep Calmで初めて鍼灸を体験される方が多くいらっしゃいます。施術前に必ず丁寧な問診を行い、ご不安を解消してから施術を開始します。
Absolutely — guests with tattoos are welcome. Tattoos have no effect on acupuncture or massage treatment, and we never ask guests to cover or explain them. You are welcome exactly as you are.はい、タトゥーのあるお客様も大歓迎です。タトゥーは鍼灸・マッサージの施術に一切影響しません。隠していただく必要も、説明していただく必要もありません。ありのままでお越しください。
